BUYING with Southwest Auctions

Buying equipment at Southwest Auction is easy if you follow these steps beforehand.

1. How to Buy/Bid in person

Find the equipment you need & inspect in person or online. Search our current inventory as we add new items each week. Check the detailed equipment information and photos on our website.

  • Add items you're interested in to a watch list.
  • Save your searches and get alerts when new items arrive in inventory.

2. How to Register/Bid Online

Register and bid in person or online. When you've found something you want to buy, register to bid in that auction, confident that you've got the information you need to make informed buying decisions. You can bid in person or online in real time.

3. Read Before You Bid

Test, inspect and compare items on-site. At Southwest Auction Company, we sell everything "as is, where is." Visit our auction site to test and inspect the equipment before you bid, or send someone to do the inspection for you.

4. Bid Payments

5. Arrange pickup/Shipping

Once paid in full you will be issued an item release document for pick-up.
